My experience with Insurance companies has not always been positive. Typically I need their services when I'm in a crisis of one sort or another. My experience, particularly with Christine Fleury of Encharter Insurance was very positive. She stayed in close touch with me, answered questions promptly and kept me informed of the progress of my claim. In retrospect I would have appreciated knowing how much time I had to make a decision about the damage offer from Encharter and that when a car is considered totaled the car rental benefit changes from 30 days to 5 days.
When I did express a concern, Christine was patient and responsive. What a relief!
