The clinicians and work they do are exceptional. The problem lies with the front office, which is a bureaucratic nightmare. Silly, inefficient system of scheduling can take months of contradictory direction to get a simple appointment. This clinic could be an incredible asset to the community if not for the poor performance of the administration.
