The Eddy Apartments

I've been living in the Eddy since its very beginning. There are so many great things I could say about this place. The leasing staff is fantastic and personable, and the concierge staff and maintenance are always cheerful, helpful, and happy to have a conversation (especially Steve!). The amenities and service here are unmatched by any other residential complex that I've lived since I started renting, with experience through Chicago, Indianapolis, Cincinnati, and Boston. The views of the city that we have here are unbelievable, and you truly do just have to see for yourself, as I can't adequately describe how beautiful it is to watch the sun set over the city each and every night from the comfort of my own home. Maintenance is fast, easy, an unobtrusive, and done as quickly on amenities as on your own home. Service requests are handled immediately and the staff is always very understanding of any special requests that you may have. Overall, I couldn't be happier to live in a place that feels like a home in every way that matters.
