There is 1 or 2 nurses who are great, but the rest and this place as a whole is horrible. They do not listen when the residence ask to go to the bathroom, they leave the residence in filth and do not change them often. My Mom has been rushed to the hospital twice with life threatening UTI's . This time the hospital said she's had it for quite a while. Arrived at the hospital in a filthy diaper. Quite a few people in there have had the same thing happen. They do not provide care that they should. I watched as a resident asked to go to her room from the common room and a nurse told her ok 1 minute. Walked around the woman looking for anything else to do. Picked up a flyer from the newspaper and flipped through it, put it down and blantently ignoring her while she begged. She didn't do her job until I complained to the desk. Disrespectful and neglect. I am getting her out asap! Do not put your parents or grandparents in here!
