The staff is pleasant and they have a genuine concern about your comfort . They are really trying to update rooms and make other changes. The beds are comfortable with many pillows . There are plenty of places to eat and many coffee shops. Ie. Starbucks ,Dunkin Donuts Honey dew . I stay here frequently when I'm on cape cod. I gave it 4 stars because I believe no one is perfect ,but they come close .
