If I could give ZERO stars, I most definitely would!!! To make customers feel like they are in the wrong for an order that THEIR employees messed up on is totally against customer service! I had my receipt, offered to have them compare my DD “perks” card and they all still made me feel like it wasn’t possible for them to give a wrong order through the drive thru! I would like the OWNERS...NOT the “Manager” contact info! I even said I didn’t need the ENTIRE order replaced just what I would need today! My order was from a few days ago as I do NOT make it out here daily so, I didn’t need some of it even though they originally offered to replace it all!!! They will NEVER see another penny from me and I WILL spread the word! Horrible horrible customer service! I was not willing to spend another dime there after they screwed up my entire order that was about $12 to begin with! Just left there and not a good way to start off the day!!!!
