Dunkin' Donuts

I was just in the drive thru waiting to order and didn't have anyone respond so I politely said is anyone there, a women rudely came on the speaker and said "yo she said hold on". I don't know what kind of business your running here but you need to have serious thoughts about the customer service your employees have. I'm seriously I'm shock I did not even bother getting anything. The last the she said to me and I quote was "your motha".
