Ordered two wake up wraps and they told me to pull ahead waiting 25 min.
So i pull up the the menu in the drive thru. I sit there for about 10 minutes "yes stupid me i know". But i waited for someone to take my order. No one came thru the speaker. I proceed to pull up to the window where a girl is standing at the register. The glass sliding doors were closed. I ask her loudly " can someone take my order please? Ive been sitting at the menu" then she makes the hand to ear gesture saying " i cant hear u" i said " open the glass doors please. And she turned around and continued whatever she was doing at the register. Seriously?? Needless to say i went somewhere else and from now on, will go somewhere else. I get that dunks is a billion dollar industry and losing my service wont hinder their success. But have some decency and pride to at least acknowledge your customers. It was just so rude and shocking. These days, nothing ever shocks me anymore. But this wasnt hard to manage. Take my order and give me my order. Sad to say that writing a bad review is how i gain closure on this matter. All im doing is complaining. No one will even read this. But whatever. Horrible service. Management needs to clean house and hire adults that do the job they are hired to do. Done
this is the worst dd I have ever gone to and when I said something to the gentleman at the window he stated don't ever come back to his dunkin donuts again and proceeded to tell me to get the fu-- away from his parking lot. WOW they are horrible
