Gail from North Main has to be the worse manager in customer service, I have ever experienced an issue with. Listening skills for this type of business should be number 1 priority other then making customers happy. Customer is not always right according to her bad attitude in hanging up the phone to follow-up on their mistake TWICE. Never in my life will I order from this place ever again. Neither should anyone else.
