Worst experience .. .. DOESN'T DESERVE ANY START... provider doesn't keep privacy with patient, he started to talk about my son exam before getting into the room.. I asked him PLEASE close the door for privacy and he said that by closing the door it wouldn't change my son's eye vision.. so told me to close the door if I wanted to.
He only sw the chart and said he need glasses and that's it.. I had a few questions and he said .. "I can be here taking to you all day but nothing it's going to change that your sons needs glasses " I think it was rude, disrespectful, no customer service at all, I came out upset from the exam room and nobody care that I was clomplaing about it.. I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR YOUR KIDS OR PERSONAL CARE AT ALL...
I picked up my son's prescription and left to buy glasses somewhere else and they notice I still upset, I explained what happened, they saw the eye clinic doctor and told me that I wasn't the only patient that had complained about that clinic...
