Very, very happy with my dealings with Service Manager-Jeff Mills. We experienced some washer trouble which he was able to identify over the phone with the help of some pics sent via email. Jeff saved us $$$ not only by eliminating the need for a service visit, but by graciously telling me what part I needed as well. I opted to buy/replace the part myself (which may not have monetarily benefited Doyons this time), but our washer/dryer were purchased from their Bedford store and our customer loyalty will continue to be with Doyons in the future.
