DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Leominster

I checked in at 8pm. We asked for extra pillows and blankets...no one showed...we asked again at 11pm and they said they would send it up . We waited until it was 1am and no one showed up. I paid 200 for this room and I can't even get extra pillows and blankets? Seriously! The people a the desk didn't even sound like they wanted to deal with us. I will never be staying here again. Ps...there were a lot of living ladybugs in our room also. Really! As if the service wasn't bad enough....why don't you just throw some bugs in the room too. -___-
