I placed my order on the phone app and waited until I was notified that it was ready before I left to pick it up. I can see the Domino's sign from my livingroom window, so it takes about 2 minutes to get there. By the time I got there to pick up my order, it was gone. They said they couldn't find it and then someone from the kitchen said they let someone else take it because I hadn't picked it up yet. It was a total of about 5 minutes from the time I was notified my order was ready to the time I arrived at the counter to pick-up my food. I then had to wait an additional 8 minutes for them to replicate my order. When I finally got my food the manager had offered me a free pizza on my next visit and I accepted. The next time I ordered pizza I had to pay for it because the "free pizza" that was supposed to be listed under my name had been taken already. Not sure what kind of people are running this place but they like to give away other people's food. Beware of this place.
