my engagement ring has broken (diamonds in the band have fallen out) four times since purchasing. desceza keeps replacing the lost diamonds each time, thus acknowledging their fault in the deficiencies.... x 4 ( i put up w this 3 x prior before writing) .... they won't replace the faulty band. 4 deficient diamonds in one band within a 6 months period = horrible diamond dealer. i went to an event tonight and was asked if i was the "girlfriend" of my husband (after 2 years of marriage) because i had no ring on my finger.... this is the fourth time i had a weeks long period of no wedding/engagement ring i could wear (mine is welded together)..... if your product is this defective, you should at least offer temp diamonds to your clients while their 4 x defective diamonds are being fixed. i promise you, do not purchase from this vendor if you do not want to be a new bride embarrassed /explaining at events why your ring is constantly absent because it breaks x4 within 6 months. this is the first time i have ever written a yelp review because i am usually unmotivated to do so- but, this horrible diamond dealer's lack of quality has motived me to do so atfer my 4th time of being at an event without my ring, trying - in vain- to cover up my ring-finger with a cocktail napkin. this has left me wondering why my husband has paid thousands of dollars for a faulty product.... brides: i implore you to heed my warning and not utilize this vendor... it has caused me consistent inconvenience, embarrassment and disappointment.
