Downstairs the woman who checked me in was really lovely, patient, and kind. Once I went upstairs it was like the environment changed and the people I had to speak with were so rude. I asked a woman upstairs if I needed to check in with her (It was my first time visiting this location) and she put her hand up and said "who are you seeing" very short and rude like she couldn't be bothered with me. The doctor wasn't helpful at all and kept telling me she needed proof of my conditions and how I don't have access to my medical records. I tried to tell her that I do in my patient portal with another hospital and she kept treating me like I was an idiot. I went home and sure enough I do have ALL of my records. I am a health and wellness blogger, I study health at Stanford, I have my degree and honestly I know my body better than someone I just met. Atrius health has been one of the worst companies when it comes to health if you have actual conditions. If you just need a check-up and are fairly healthy then they're okay. -- I saw Dr. Elizabeth Tarnell
