FS Factory Direct is total scam -- Dana McIntyre contracted with us (homeowner) to replace sunroom glass. About $12K. Contract states he will use specific grades of FourSeasons glass. Only 4 of 24 panels were of that quality (energy efficiency, argon gas, special coatings, etc.). The rest were not. Also promised full warranty. We didn't find out until later. We have wrong glass, no warranty, Dana is "no longer in the business". I have nothing. Dana can't even tell me what he installed. I believe he just subcontracted it to a third party and he has no idea what was put in. His Dodge St address is a mailing address as it appears he has no office anywhere. RUN AWAY.....FAST
Update Dec 2015 -- have judgement from court against Dana. He didn't show and as a nuisance, he filed a lien against me for an invoice that was fully paid over a year ago. BE VERY CAREFUL IF YOU CHOOSE TO DO BUSINESS WITH HIM....OR BETTER STILL, DON'T!
