Claim submitted incorrectly to insurance resulting in out of pocket charges and a hassle to deal with.

I live in the area and am a usual costumer in this CVS store. I stop by almost three times a week or so. Today, I went to buy some products and my 6-year old daughter had the urgency to go to the bathroom. I asked to the cashier and she said that costumers can’t use the bathrooms after 6 pm. I told her that it was an emergency, you know, it is a 6-year old and sometimes children can’t wait…She said that I should try with the pharmacy people. I went to the pharmacy running and praying that my daughter could hold it. I found the pharmacist, a black-haired young woman, and asked her to please use the bathroom. She replied with an insensitive tone that they don’t have public restrooms at CVS. She didn’t even look at me when replying. She was rude and ignored me overtly. I’m completely disappointed at the staff in this location and their lack of empathy with their customers.
