CrossFit Route 1

Any time I come into bean town I always come here. This is my home away from my home box. Jared the owner is always welcoming and treats us like we are regular members. Programming is on point and so is the coaching. Always awesome coming to a box and learning some new tricks. I own a gym in Pensacola FL so coming to CFR1 is refreshing and an educational experience. Thanks for hosting my wife and I while we were in town. Had a wicked good time! This facility is also very clean, great equipment, and has everything you need to get what you need done. Cheers!

I've been a member for about two and a half years now! Ever since I walked through those doors from day one I knew there was no going back. When I first started RTE 1 I had the worst lower body mobility ever, until I met my man Jared. It was a painful time period, but my mobility has gotten a lot better, as well as my strength, and my conditioning. So I'd like to send a special Thank You to the best coaches Jared and Chris!
