We hired this company because they installed beautiful flooring in our new build. When we moved we called them to refinish the existing hardwoods. Steve (the father ) was contacted after our floors rapidly degraded after his son Mike refinished the 1st floor twice , and charged us again! Steve never showed up to review even though the job was done by his company. He said he and his son had a falling out....not our problem. Now our floors look worse than before he "finished" them.
