Ordered 1 pizza on the phone for pickup. I was told it would be 30 minutes and I arrived 30 minutes later to pick up the pizza. It was not ready. It still wasn't ready 15 minutes later when I left outa of disgust.
While waiting, someone called ordering a pizza and the cashier asked if he should say 45 min and the owner said 30 minutes. Probably the standard line to get people in rather than going to another pizza place.
POST SCRIPT: Since the owner's description of events is different from my actual experience, more than one customer has experienced similar issues. Food service is a customer oriented business. A customer should not be grateful to be paying a premium price for a pizza, the owner should be grateful that people are coming in.
