Courtyard by Marriott Boston Marlborough

The staff at this hotel was LOVELY. They went above and beyond to welcome us-- even keeping the Starbucks open late to accommodate our need for coffee. They were engaged and sweet and some of the best hotel staff I've seen. The only reason for a 4/5 is that my room was right by the elevator and it was very loud. But that could even be my own fault for not asking for a different room and the staff was so wonderful I am.sure they would have helped. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Awesome place, great staff, accommodating, Lobby is big enough to enjoy privacy. New menu is fantastic. Stop in and stay awhile.
