Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Brockton (Boston), MA

I stayed there last night with my husband. Got up this morning ate breakfast my husband left for work. I went back to the room and laid down for a bit. There was a knock at the door the front desk lady and another lady saying other guests are complaining of cigarette smoke. I said no one is smoking do you smell smoke. She then stated she had to come in looked all around the room behind curtains and bathroom. Then she goes we have to check everywhere. I was alone and told her i was and was laying down. I was so upset! And she did not apologize after. Also the shower water was cold as well as the hot tub. Very disappointing.
