4 Jul 11, 2018 Gabriel Tsang Solid beef ribs! Smoked wings were great as well. The brisket for the platter was thinly sliced, which was not that tender. I was hoping for a single or multiple thick pieces of brisket that would be full of meaty-juicy goodness.
