The Commons at Windsor Gardens

We live in one of the apartments and it's literally infested with mice. Every morning we wake up with mice droppings all over our countertops and in the corners of our living room. We thought it would go away after the winter but it's may now. We hear them nesting in the walls daily. When I've made complaints, maintenance came over right away and set traps which we have caught some but it's almost like there's too many to catch. My building has a mice infestation, our friends building is infested with ants and they can't get rid of those either. Management CONSTANTLY finds a reason to come into your apartment which is obviously annoying, but also a hassle when you have a dog and they require you to crate your pets during the days they MIGHT come in. For a while it was every week they'd find a reason to come in (testing fire alarms, lookong at shower heads, checking this, checking that). There's been problems with the washers and dryers not working. To say the walls are thin is an understatement...(But on the plus side we are happy to know our upstairs neighbors have a happy and healthy intimate relationship.... Every single night at 1:30am). Half the time you can't park where your lot is because they are doing something like repainting the lines, tree removal, cleaning, etc, etc, etc... oh and all the comments on here about them placing a sticker on your car for violation... 100% true and obnoxious. It's a huge green sticker that's like 5x8 inches (at least) and they plaster it on the driverside window so you can't see out of it... the sticker doesn't come off easily and it ends up ruining the window with sticky adhesive and white paper. I'm not even sure if it's legal. The mice is the worst part...its disgusting here... counting the days until our lease is up. seriously don't live here.
