The Colonnade Boston Hotel

I was not very pleased with check in at this hotel. I was also a little upset when check in had processed my payment twice. The accounting department helped me quickly, thankfully. The reason why this hotel is getting 5 stars from me is that the support staff were amazing. I interacted with concierge, bellmen, engineering, and housekeeping and they were all great. The amenities at the Colonnade are great: K cups, water, tea. The toiletries are of very high quality. The sheets and towels are soft to touch. I had to spend my last night in Boston at another popular hotel with my family member, and sadly I felt cheated and longed for the Colonnade.

Absolutely loved this hotel! Amazing beds, perfect bathroom and so much space! Also, the room service was very yummy! Only downfall was that it smelt like someone had been smoking in the room before us.
