Colonial Hardwood Flooring

Dan knows his floor! Dan's experience in this industry gives him incredible insight and knowledge about his work. So don't be fooled by the fashionable trend and gimmicky waterborne product for hardwood floor refinishing and trust Dan with your floor. Dan is extremely accessible via phone or text, shows up on time and completes according to schedule. The craftsmanship of our floor is less than ideal (uneven floor, gap between planks) plus pet urine stains. Dan took extra time and care to improve them. You can tell Dan really took ownership and pride of his work, which is always a sign of a great contractor!

The floor looks absolutely wonderful and Dan was a pleasure to work with. Dan and we both had complicated schedules but he worked to make things go smoothly; he showed up when he said he would and did a thoroughly professional job on the floors (the dustless sanding was a lovely bonus for us, he hand-sanded at least one coat to maximize its (their?) thickness, edges were done well and the match to the abutting floor was great). And to top it off, when I accidentally overpaid him, he called it to my attention! I'm not used to having work go well, so you can add relief to my list of pleasures.

Dan recently sanded (with a dustless sander) and refinished the hardwood floors in 2 of our rooms He is highly skilled and professional. The floors look significantly better and we will definitely use him to do our other rooms.
