I took my granddaughter here on Thursday 7/28/17 Around noon, to get her ears pierced for her birthday and after standing at the counter waiting for someone to assist me, ( which it seems to be the case every time I go there) the associate walked up and said " What's up?" I couldn't believe the way she greeted a customer. If that were my employee, she would have been fired! Needless to say, I left and we got her ears pierced at piercing pagoda where they were extremely polite and helpful.

Usually nice staff sometimes not. Not a lot of selection and pretty expensive.
