Nice location and apartments. But some issues: 1) There are so many dogs that you feel you live in a dog community. Also dog owners are dumb. They don't clean after their dogs poop. these dogs keep jumping on you if you walk by them or you are in the elevator. And owners don't even think that they should keep their dogs away. Pet friendly community does not mean that pets can jump on others and lick you. Not everyone likes dogs. 2) Noise: the walls and floors are very poor quality. Too much noise from upstairs. Apartments should have better noise cancellation. 3) visitor parking: on weekends, my visitors keep looking for parking for over an hour. They should have more parking spots for visitors.

We've lived here since May and have not had any problems. If there is a maintenance problem someone is there the next day to fix it. Give the location and the amenities the price is very reasonable. Staff is always friendly. I will say that people do not pick up after their dogs outside, which is pretty frustrating, but the staff does a good job of making sure it's gone by the next day. Lastly I see a lot of complaints of noise, and other than the construction we have no problems with noise at all. Our building is quiet and so are our neighbors. We really love living here, and hope our experience continues to be a great one!
