I've been a customer for a couple years, and I always come to this branch. I always receive prompt and friendly service, and when I was fighting with a credit card company, one rep did their best to help me out. Decent online banking, too.
The only negative is that there aren't many ATMs and Cambridge Trust is not part of the SUM network. But, their non-free checking covers ATM fees, so it evens out.
