Beware! I have had a nightmare of a customer service experience with the Hopkinton office of California Closets. They are not cheap and yet no one calls me in response to calls or emails. We had six total closets done and they messed up and had to redo three closets which had gaps between the wall and closet. In the end we got a paltry credit of $130. That works out to less than minimum wage for my efforts to contact them and correct it. Still waiting for the manager to call me. The salespersons are professional but the installers can’t get it right.
