Just had the 1-800 poor customer service experience everyone else has reported. Clueless reps who don't know the basics of the patient system to lookup records or update records. I politely terminated the interaction after 20 minutes of trying to guide a rep. And will go back to finding another outfit that is local and can due basic fulfillment.
