Bait and switch. Offered to install a set of Michelins and when I got the car back it had Cooper's. Pull into the highway and immediately noticed a shake in the steering at 60mph. Signs of tires not balanced. So I take it back and they balance the front and tell me the rears were balanced. So I crawl under the car and point out that the weights are old and rusted. THEY WERENT BALANCED. At this point his story changes. "Rear wheels don't need to be balanced" Seriously?!?! I used to mount and balance tires for a living. Also the "Matching set" of Cooper's they installed weren't "matching" as 1 of the tires had a manufacturing date that was off by 3 years. DO NOT COME HERE UNLESS YOU WANT IMPROPER PROCEDURE & SERVICE. I will not be recommending this place to anyone. Instead I will nofy my Fall River customers to steer clear of this place.
