Porcelanosa Boston - Tiles, Kitchen and Bathroom

very disappointed with the management in Boston office. I have great experience with CT office (Greenwich) before but unfortunately, very bad experience with the guys in Boston. Not responsive, not responsible and not respectful of customer. They charged us 150$ for delivery and they provided a day and window of 4hrs and we specially requested to not be delivered between certain hours. They exactly planned to deliver within that time! the driver was nice and he said if they would have told him, he could have come later or earlier! The delivery manager at the office was very rude. Guess what! you won't have my business anymore and I will let everyone know about the quality of your service.
