Good furniture store. I really like the style of the furniture. More modern but not edgy stuff. Prices are in line with other similar stores.

I'm so disappointed in the Hyannis Flip Top table we ordered last fall. It's incredibly wiggly - my husband and I have both attempted to tighten it somehow but there are no exposed nuts or bolts we can tighten. I've called Boston Interiors and the best they could say was "I don't know what else to tell you. You can bring it to our warehouse" and that the fact that it's wiggly and needs to be tightened somehow is not covered under warranty. So pathetic and such horrible customer service. Thanks for the help Boston Interiors. You lost a customer out of us and we've been sure to relay this message to everyone we know. Thumbs down.
