Boston College Bookstore

Freshmen, do NOT order your books online from here. Most of my order came in at midterms, and some of it was cancelled. Every time I have come into the store, staff have ignored me and when I finally got in touch with someone, I was often told to come back because the person who could handle my transaction was unavailable. I had trouble returning the books I didn't need because it was after the technical return date (even though I hadn't physically received them from the store yet and returned them immediately upon receiving them.) The staff is nice enough, but they need more people working and with attentive mindsets.

Good store to find books for your classes, buy Boston College coats and shirts, and buy basic necessities products. However, as any college bookstore, it's overpriced
