I had a roof installed by Bonn Construction in 2013, since that time I have had multiple instances of leaks in my home. Pre existing flashing that doesn't appear to be sufficient or appropriate for a leak tight roofing installation was re-used.
Granular ice and water shield was used instead of high performance ice and water shield such as Grace brand ice and water.
One section of PVC trim was hacked together- a small block of PVC was used to transition two longer pieces of trim. It looks absolutely terrible and has the potential to be a leak/failure point.
When asked to address my concerns after discovering significant property damage had occurred, the owner refused to honor the workmanship warranty stated in the contract.
