Blue Hills Health and Rehabilitation Center

My grandmother ended up here, and ultimately within a few weeks died here. She arrived with dementia but coherent. Within 3 days she was severely limited in basic skills, from talking to walking. Highly over medicated. Quickly lost weight, and slept all day, unable to barely speak. Even had a trip to the ER with a horrible bruised face. (Falling? Her eye was swollen almost shut). It wasn't long after, she passed away. This place was gross, inside and out. Staff had very little emotion, and could care less. Terrible place.

This place is terrible!!! The CNA's are horrible(with the exception of a few) . What kind of facility would hire someone that has been banned from her previous job for physically attacking a co-worker?? Nehemie Jean..I wouldn't let you take care of my dog, let alone a loved one. How you even have a job is beyond me. The new owners of this place ought to be ashamed of themselves for having such useless help as her! Disgusting!
