BJ's Tire Center

first, i had tried multi times to order the tires online for past few days can't get to the review page to place the order after i input my information. i tried to the call the tires team too. can't even get to them. i went to the stoneham store. took me over 20mins for the the sale person to get me the form to order my tires. with the manager sue right next to the sale person i offered to pay for the tires so i can use the coupons. the sale person said there's no need until the tires are in. got a phone call after i left with no message left. i called back next day to make sure everything is fine. the guy said he have my paper right in front him that i need to go back to pay before they can order. i told him i did try to pay but i was told noand of course the manager can't recall it. unbelievable. first time for tires service and worst experience. cancel the order.
