Pros: food is high quality with a lot of local ingredients, and they have live music.
Cons: the experience isn't really on par with the price. You have to stand in line to order, then bus your own table. Not a big deal, but the food also took a long time to come both times I went. The open space is loud to the point where, depending on your location, it can be hard to enjoy the music or sometimes even conversations across the table.
Maybe other people are fine with the loudness of the place, but I really think BirchTree could improve the atmosphere by finding an acoustics expert to place some sound-absorbing panels.
