Mark billings home improvement is a scam he claims to be licensed he's not he doesn't not hold the proper credentials todo the work he doing.i had made the mistake on hiring him with out veryfing his license and when the job was coming out bad and he wasn't pulling permits and hiring unlicensed subs like electrician I had we had made the best decision on firing Mr billings who then got him self a lawyer and tried to wiggle more then what he was owed for that half ass job he did.home owners beware...
