Awful beyond description. Asked for same-day dry cleaning on one sport coat (as they advertise is possible); told was not possible. Instead, just asked for them to simply press my sport coat.
At pick-up, I was *then* was told that they only accept credit card payment for $30+orders, which is not posted, advertised, or indicated anywhere in the store. As a result, I told them to charge me the minimum CC amount ($30). They "graciously" only charged me $20, even though the actual charge was $12. Disregarding the egregious price-gouging, the results were still poor. Still many creases/wrikles.
Will never, ever use again. Under any circumstances for any reason.
