The tile look lovely, a fairly good selection with no real discount from what I could tell. Wish I could comment on the service, but didn't get any--was in there for a full hour walking around and not a single person asked if they could help me, despite multiple sales people milling about (yes, I know I could have asked, but at a certain point I just wanted to perversely see if they ever acknowledged my existence. Maybe I was wearing my cloak of invisibility today, never sure!)
