They treat seniors with respect. But, I wish they had more help. I had to ask another customer about a car charger, where it was located. Clean, spacious store. Great location. Sign can be seen from road, route 1. If there's a Best Buy person reading this, get more help please! Have a person at the door asking customer if they can direct him or her to the right department! Besides, older people like me feel like we're walking into a science fiction movie. Everything seems so futuristic. Must say that purchasing the Geek Squad yearly coverage is well worth it, they replaced a broken printer I had touted suite! (FRENCH FOR RIGHT AWAY!)

Needed a new refrigerator, went to Lowes first.. There's no help/service for questions and help with products. Best Buy should have been our first stop. Incredibly knowledgeable staff! I shop online mostly, but sometimes you need to see products. Great experience.
