Kathy is awesome. 2:30 sat. afternoon, needing superhero costumes for that night, my wife and I take a shot and call bespoke. The woman on the other end says she usually closes around 3 but she will wait for us to make the trip all the way from bennington. Upon arriving 45 minutes later we were greeted by the friendliest, upbeat, positive woman ever. She had pulled out bags that were packed away from Halloween. She geared us up with costumes, wigs, make up, shoes, etc. Never once did she make us feel rushed or like she was going out of outbid her way for us. The price was awesome and Kathy is too. Thanks for making our night a great time!
