Bertera Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram

Had a great experience dealing with salesman Lee Maloney. I would definitely recommend him to anyone! He was very helpful, respectful, and easy to talk to. The bad review is due to my experience with management. A different dealership came in with a more aggressive offer at the last minute. I could not turn down this other offer for many reasons including a great deal on a vehicle that was much bigger and more practical for my family's overall needs. I called and informed sales manager Chris that I would be going with the other dealership. Chris then became very disrespectful and rude claiming that I was too concerned about "dollars and cents" and rudely (to say the least) informed me that I could pick up my deposit and hung up on me. This was all heard by my entire family that was in my car at the time (including a 4 year old). He tried to make me feel like the bad guy and tried to make me feel guilty about backing out of their proposed deal. As a customer I'm pretty sure that yes I should be concerned about "dollars and cents" Chris and if you had taken the time maybe you would have understood that my primary concern was my family's needs and comfort. Or maybe he just didn't care. Whatever the case may be, this is definitely no way to treat a customer as a sales manager!! Guess customer service was as much of a concern as my family's needs.....
