Bernie & Phyl's Furniture Stores

In November of 2016 we bought a 3 piece leather sofa and 2 love seats with power recliners. One of the recliners has had the motor replaced, and now the die is rubbing off the leather showing a big light colored area. This set was manufactured by "Della" and sold by Bernie & Phyl's. The fabric is only warrantied for 1 year so I can either live with it or pay B&F's $199 to come and try and fix it, with no guarantees. I think for $3700 I could expect more than a years usage before problems (PS: we are in our 70's with no kids using the furniture, and we spend a substantial portion of the year away traveling). Will I purchase from Bernie and Phyl's again? Hell NO

wish I could give them zero stars, There customer service is the worst I have ever had. They don't have a warehouse you can pick small items up. So I had it shipped to the store. The item wasn't put on the truck, so I could pick it up. Got a call saying they forgot to put it on the truck, so I cancelled the order. They then called me a few hours later, told me they put in on a different truck, and it was ready to be picked up. I told them I had already cancelled the order, and they asked my for the last 4 digits of my credit card, and expiration date again, as they never cancelled the order. They don't have any customer service in the corporate office, and the form to send feedback on there web page, sent me this Sorry, but this form is no longer accepting any entries.
