Clean, inexpensive. A short walk to downtown Hyannis and harbor. Small kids love the indoor pool.

It is well kept, clean and centrally located which makes it close to restaurants and Cape Cod Mall. The staff are friendly, courteous and very helpful. Their continental breakfast was more than I had expected. You got more than just bread and jam... The indoor swimming pool was a hit for the kids its not big, but enough for adults and children a like. There is also a hot tub.
