It’s really a shame when you walk into a bank trying to seek help and resolutions and you just get told “well that’s just the way it is.” The first time I ever had a bank claim I was short on money with an atm deposit. I wasn’t offered any resolution to the discrepancy claim and told I couldn’t withdraw all of my cash on that day because they didn’t have enough. What?! A bank with no cash in their vault???!!! Astonishing, now I’ll need to search for a new Bank because this bank clearly doesn’t treat their customers fairly.
