I rented a car from the most rude owner of Avis. completely unaccommodating and wouldn't even drop me back off at station. I am a presidents club member. I asked him if it meant anything. He said no. Nothing. Has no clue of customer service and Avis should strip him of his agency. I am so mad. Never again.
