This is a counter inside a Holiday Inn, FYI. The first car I was given was oddly very wet inside and the second smelled like cigarette smoke. I wasn't charged for the upgraded vehicle and the 2 employees I interacted with were fine but the cost for the area and the issues with the cars let me less than impressed.
